POLICIES AND RULES

HOUSE RULES

  • Do not consume any alcohol before or during your session.

  • Respect our staff and their decisions. Make sure you pay attention to the rules and any advice given during your session.

  • Please take care of our equipment and respect the property grounds. This means using the rubbish bins provided, staying inside field boundary and keeping your gear in good playing condition.


BOOKING POLICY

  • Sessions run for two hours, during which you can expect to play between 3 - 5 different games

  • Minimum group sizes apply.

  • A $50 deposit is required when making a booking. This is credited to your total spend on the day 


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your booking for a full refund.

  • Reschedules must be made within a minimum of 24 hours of reserved day and you may reschedule up to 1 year from your original date.

  • each time you reschedule we will ask to increase your deposit by $50.

  • You may only reschedule 2 times per year.


ADVERSE WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY

Paintball is a winter sport, although some prefer to play on a sunny day. We will take you through almost any weather but if you wish to play in better conditions, you must reschedule at least 3 hours prior to your booking. 

  • You may reschedule up to 1 year from your original date.

  • each time you reschedule we may ask to increase your deposit by $50.

  • You may only reschedule 2 times per year.


PRIVACY POLICY

Elite Paintball collects information about all it's players for safety and legal purposes.


Photos: we take photos of every group (which you can view on Facebook +/- Instagram), in the event you want yours to remain private please indicate to us before signing in.
